The Anchuang Experimental Center is equipped with complete R&D and testing equipment, which can analyze and verify almost all welding/grinding/cutting processes and products. Including: testing and testing of remote welding, pulse welding, CMT cold metal transition welding, flight welding, laser hybrid welding, laser wire filler welding, laser deposition, three-dimensional laser cutting, plasma cutting, flexible grinding and polishing deburring and other processes.
The company currently has more than 100 sets of advanced processing and testing equipment (including Bystronic laser cutting machines, Komatsu/Bystronic/Yawei bending machines, Haas/Xinrui machining centers, Xinrui CNC lathes, Yaskawa/Panasonic welding robots , Croma Sirui three-dimensional coordinates, etc.); 1 spraying assembly line. The company has complete manufacturing and processing technology, which can meet almost all process requirements of products from raw materials to finished products, providing a strong guarantee for improving manufacturing technology and ensuring product quality.
