This project is specifically designed for welding large structural components for construction machinery, perfectly solving the challenges of large workpiece size, complex weld seams, and diverse models. We utilize the Yaskawa 2010 robot, which can easily handle the complex trajectory welding of large workpieces. Equipped with a digital ultra-low spatter welding machine, it achieves high-quality welding results with low spatter and high penetration.
Core configurations include:
1. A self-developed head and tailstock positioner, driven by a servo motor, with a load capacity of 5 tons, capable of ±360° continuous rotation and precise positioning.
2. A modular flexible clamping system, equipped with a hydraulic locking device and a quick-change interface.
3. An integrated torch cleaning station and silicone oil spraying system, automatically cleaning the welding torch every 15 minutes.
4. Equipped with a laser weld seam tracking system to compensate for workpiece assembly errors in real time.
In actual application at a large engineering machinery manufacturing enterprise, this production line achieved:
1. 200% increase in welding efficiency, reducing single-piece welding time from 4 hours to 80 minutes.
2. Reducing the number of operators from 6 to 2.
3. Increasing the first-pass yield rate from 92% to over 99.5%.
4. Changeover time controlled within 15 minutes, supporting mixed-line production of 8 different workpiece models.
