The container robot welding production line is a highly automated and intelligent welding solution designed specifically for container manufacturing. By integrating advanced robotic technology, gantry structure and automated control systems, the production line achieves efficient and precise welding of containers, improving production efficiency and welding quality.

 

Basic information on container workpieces to be welded
 

 

The drawing number and name of the workpiece to be welded: membrane tank box.

Specifications of the workpiece to be welded: 6.05 meters * 2.432 meters 2.68 meters.

Material and plate thickness: stainless steel, carbon steel, weathering steel (side plate 1-10mm, bottom plate 6-12mm).

Weight of workpiece to be welded: ≤3500KG.

The basic requirements for the weld seam of the product to be welded: the full welding position is full and the transition is smooth; it meets the welding size requirements of the drawing.

Workpiece loading and unloading method: manual loading and unloading.

 

Requirements for raw materials of container workpieces to be welded
 

 

There should be no oil, rust, moisture, scale, etc. that would affect the welding quality within 10mm around the weld of the workpiece.

There should be no defects such as sags and burrs on the workpiece that would affect positioning.

After different workpieces are positioned on the fixture, the repeated positioning deviation of the weld seam position shall not exceed ±0.5mm.

The seam gap between workpieces shall not exceed 0.5mm.

1,Manually install the parts onto the robot welding workstation for clamping and welding.

 

2,Welding process: MAG, protective gas: mixed gas 80% Ar+20% CO2; welding wire is φ1.2mm solid core wire;

 

3,On-site workshop environment information

3.1,Operating environment conditions:

Maximum temperature in the factory +45 °C

Minimum temperature in the factory -5°C

Humidity in the factory is ≤90%, no condensation

 

3.2,Common power parameters:

Three-phase five-wire system AC 380V士10% 50Hz士1Hz

Single-phase power AC 220V士10% 50Hz士1Hz

Compressed air pressure 0.4-0.6MPa

This welding line uses a 1.4-meter robot with a single-station welding method: the workstation mainly includes two arc welding robots, three-coordinate gantry, welding power supply, wire feeding system, assembly line equipment, welding fixtures, fences, system integration control cabinets, etc.
