Pipe Welding Positioner: We customize head and tailstock positioners to precisely drive pipe rotation, coordinating with robot movement to maintain the ideal flat welding position (1F/1G).
Gantry and Ground Rail: For multi-segment welding of ultra-long pipes, the robot is mounted on our customized ground rail or gantry frame, enabling continuous operation.
Weld Seam Tracking System: Integrating laser vision sensors, it identifies and compensates for beveling and assembly errors in real time, ensuring the welding torch is always centered.
