Robot System Maintenance Guide: Ensuring the Long-Term Stable Operation of Your Automated Assets

Core Maintenance Contents:

    1. Daily Maintenance (Operator-Completed):

          Cleaning: Clean spatter and dust from the robot body, welding torch, and positioner.

          Inspection: Check for damage to gas pipes and cables, excess welding wire, and gas pressure.

          Torch Cleaning and Wire Cutting: Confirm the torch cleaning station is functioning correctly and regularly lubricate all moving parts.

    2. Routine Maintenance (Monthly/Quarterly, Performed by Maintenance Personnel):

          Robot Body: Check the grease level in the gearboxes of each axis and replace if necessary; check the tightness of all connecting bolts.

          Welding Machine System: Clean dust from inside the welding machine; check the wear of the wire feed rollers; calibrate the gas flow meter.

          Peripheral Equipment: Check the wear of the clamping pins and clamping blocks; check the transmission components and lubrication of the positioner and ground rail.

    3. Annual Maintenance (Recommended to be performed by a professional engineer):

          System Backup: Perform a full backup of all robot programs, welding machine parameters, and system variables.

          Precision Calibration: Test and calibrate the robot's absolute positioning accuracy.

          Comprehensive Inspection: Conduct a detailed inspection and tighten all components inside the electrical cabinet.
