Welding Platform

The three-dimensional flexible welding platform has a total of five working surfaces, and the sides are used for expansion or auxiliary positioning; it has wide applicability, high precision, stable structure, supports non-standard customization, and has dual guarantees of quality and price.

Classification of three-dimensional flexible welding platforms (two series: D16/D28):

 The holes of the D16 series are Φ16, the hole spacing is 50mm±0.05 array, and the surface is distributed with 50x50mm grid lines;

 The holes of the D28 series are Φ28, the hole spacing is 100mm±0.05 array, and the surface is distributed with 100x100mm grid lines.

Features of three-dimensional flexible welding platform: The three-dimensional platform has strong interchangeability, high stability and high precision; it is suitable for small batch, multi-variety and multi-specification workpiece welding and product assembly.

 Flatness of tooling platform: ≤0.15mm/m2, verticality between the plane and side of the 3D platform: ≤0.15mm/m;

 Material of tooling platform: steel (low alloy steel Q345), overall heat treatment, internal stress;

  The thickness of the Φ16 aperture platform is T≈16mm, and the thickness of the Φ28 aperture platform is T≈25mm;

  The hole spacing of the Φ16 series is 50mm, and the hole spacing of the Φ28 series is 100mm.

 The selection of 3D flexible welding platform should be based on the size and shape of the product:

      Sheet metal and small steel structures mostly use D16 series platforms;

      Large steel structures and heavy machinery industries mostly use D28 series platforms;
