Robotic Laser Spot Welding Workstation integrating a Yaskawa welding robot, a 3000W Raycus fiber laser, laser seam tracking system, custom fixtures, and a dual-station rotary positioner, the system supports both laser spot welding and wire-fed laser continuous welding to meet diverse production needs.
With a dual-station design, the workstation enables A-station loading & B-station welding simultaneously, greatly improving production efficiency. Quick fixture changeover allows fast switching between different product models, making it ideal for multi-variety, high-volume manufacturing.
